Our day--with photos

November 29, 2008 at 10:04 p.m.

Photo time.

Here's a photo of one of my maple trees. The leaves are so pretty.

I told my hubby when I retire, I want this building. I want to host tea parties and drink coffee with my friends. Maybe play a little rummy or Old Maid with the kids. Isn't this a fun building?

We ate at a Mexican restaurant tonight. Our waiter did not speak English. Of course, you all remember that I don't speak Spanish. At all. Trying to speak Spanish usually lands me in a heap of trouble. Like the time I called one of my customers a whore when all I thought I was doing was asking her if she wanted her bangs point cut. Anyway. We ordered our food and when the waiter brought it out to us, we had no idea if the food was someone else's order or ours. We ate it. All of it. And it was good. The angels sang hallelujah and a large tip was left on the table.

We ended our day with a trip to see some Christmas lights. This is the one I want to hang in the shop...or our bedroom.

We had a wonderful day. Hope you did too!
